John Hutchison is a Director of NumeroPro and has in excess of 22 years experience in the child care industry. He is the co-founder of Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) listed Hutchison Child Care Services and ran the operations from inception in his roles as CEO and Executive Director. After this time, John created Early Learning Services which listed on the ASX in December 2007. Since leaving Early Learning Services in early 2009, John has been involved in the NumeroPro business full time. John has been involved with centres in all states and diversities of Australian culture, and it has been his ambition over the years to assist and be part of a better solution in the education and care of children.

Shane Speering is a Director of NumeroPro that brings more than 15 years experience from the Information Technology sector. Shane served in the Australian Army for 9 years before leaving to start his career in IT. Shane was the owner and inspiration behind the first ISP on the Fraser Coast in 1996/97 bringing local call internet access to the region. Shane is a software developer by trade and worked for Suncorp implementing Suncorp's real time marketing strategy that focused on data mining and integrating real time analytics into the banks front end systems. Shane's software development skills lead him to specialise in the Information Security field. After leaving Suncorp, Shane worked as an Information Security Consultant for b-Sec specialising in Application Security and Penetration testing. For the last 4 years before joining NumeroPro Shane worked for Cisco as Security Engineer focused on content and network security. Shane's depth and knowledge of all things IT are the driving force behind NumeroPro's Kidsoft products and services.
Sam is the Payroll Manager for NumeroPro and has over 26 years of experience in payroll management and training. Her experience covers all aspects of payroll including: work cover, superannuation, packaging, terminations including redundance, training and system implementation, and report creation. Throughout her career, Sam has worked with many systems and across industries including hospitality, medical, education and manufacturing and loves the challenges that payroll can present on a daily basis. Sam aims to provide a high standard of expertise, knowledge and punctual service.
Peta has in excess of 13 years experience working within the Early Childhood Industry in a variety of roles and sectors. Beginning her career as a trainee assistant invoked her passion for Early Childhood Education and Care, since which she has occupied a wide range of roles including Centre Driector through to her current role of Operational Manager. Peta's experience has been developed in a range of environments from established child care centres, to those just starting out, and has required the successful management of all operational facets of the chil dcare businesses. Peta has also successfully applied her experience to community, corporate and private operators in all states and territories of Australia. Peta brings with her a practical understanding, together with a hands-on approach, of what a child care business needs to maintain a financial result, and how best to deliver quality education, care and staff development in this ever-evolving industry.
